FORCEFIELD TERMS AND CONDITIONS Last Updated: 23rd March 2025 Welcome to ForceField! ForceField is a training programme developed and operated by J2G2 Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ForceField website ("Website") and participation in ForceField movement training ("Training"). By accessing, using, or participating in ForceField, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 1. General Disclaimer ForceField is a movement training programme designed to enhance neuromuscular coordination, proprioception, and balance through principles informed by yoga-based interventions and Activate. While studies indicate that such movement-based strategies may contribute to improved athletic performance, postural control, and injury risk mitigation, ForceField does not guarantee concussion prevention or elimination of injury risks. ForceField Training is independently developed. Research from the University of Bath and RFU provides supporting evidence on the benefits of structured movement training in reducing injury risks in rugby. We reference this research to illustrate broader scientific principles; ForceField is not directly affiliated with or endorsed by the authors or institutions involved in the study. Participation in ForceField is voluntary, and results may vary based on individual factors such as prior training history, biomechanics, adherence to protocols, and environmental conditions. 2. No Medical Advice or Treatment ForceField does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content available on our Website and within our Training is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, a history of concussions, or any health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional before engaging in ForceField. You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and should be done within personal physical limits. 3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release Participation in physical activity inherently involves risk, including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, concussions, and other injuries. While ForceField incorporates evidence-backed principles, it does not claim to eliminate or prevent injury. By engaging in ForceField, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ForceField, its owners, affiliates, trainers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation. This includes but is not limited to: Injuries sustained during or after participation. Concussions or head injuries despite adherence to ForceField protocols. Claims that ForceField failed to prevent injury. 4. User Responsibilities 4.1. Appropriate Use Users agree to: Follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and progressions outlined in ForceField. Engage in training within their personal physical limits. Use proper footwear, equipment, and training surfaces as recommended. Stop participation immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek medical advice. 4.2. Minors If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms before participation. 5. Intellectual Property All content associated with ForceField—including, but not limited to, training methodologies, exercise sequencing and categorization (including Ignite, Fortify, Restore), instructional materials, written content, videos, branding elements, visuals, graphics, digital platform design, tone of delivery, and any other original works—is the exclusive intellectual property of J2G2 Limited, operating under the ForceField brand. Users agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ForceField materials in any format without prior written authorization from J2G2 Limited. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Unauthorized use of ForceField materials may constitute infringement of intellectual property laws and may result in legal action. ForceField reserves the right to pursue remedies available under intellectual property law for any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of its proprietary materials. J2G2 Limited actively monitors unauthorised use of ForceField content and will pursue legal action to protect its intellectual property and commercial interests. 5.1. Programme Ownership and Brand Identity ForceField, including its methodology, structure (Ignite, Fortify, Restore), design, exercise sequencing, educational content, and delivery model, is an original training system developed and owned by J2G2 Limited. All proprietary rights in the programme concept, branding, instructional framework, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of J2G2 Limited. All content is licensed for individual use only. Redistribution, resale, adaptation, or commercial use of ForceField materials without written permission from J2G2 Limited is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. ForceField™ is a trademark of J2G2 Limited. All rights reserved. 5.2. Non-Replication and Reverse Engineering Users agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ForceField materials in any format without prior written authorization from J2G2 Limited. Users may not reproduce, replicate, reverse-engineer, or recreate the ForceField programme or its components, either wholly or in part, without the prior written consent of J2G2 Limited. 5.3. Use Licence All users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ForceField materials for personal use only, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForceField and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: Use or misuse of ForceField. Reliance on information provided on the Website or through Training. Injuries sustained during or after participation. In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 7. Additional Legal Clauses 7.1. Waiver of Class Action Rights To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ForceField shall be resolved individually, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against ForceField. 7.2. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForceField, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with: Your use or misuse of ForceField training or Website content. Your violation of these Terms. Any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your participation in ForceField. 7.3. Binding Arbitration (UK Jurisdiction) If any dispute arises between you and ForceField, we encourage a resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, England, before a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and legally binding. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. 7.4. Acknowledgment of Risks for High-Impact Athletes If you participate in high-contact sports, such as rugby, football, martial arts, or hockey, you acknowledge that ForceField does not eliminate the risk of concussions or head injuries. While studies suggest that movement-based training may improve neuromuscular resilience, ForceField is not a substitute for protective gear, medical supervision, or sport-specific safety protocols. 7.5. Misuse & Unauthorized Claims Users may not make unauthorized claims regarding the effectiveness of ForceField for concussion prevention or medical treatment. Any misrepresentation of ForceField’s impact for commercial, promotional, or testimonial purposes is strictly prohibited. 7.6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behaviour Users agree to interact respectfully within any ForceField-related forums, social media, or training groups. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited: Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour Sharing false or misleading information about ForceField Unauthorized commercial use or solicitation Sharing copyrighted materials without permission ForceField reserves the right to ban or remove users engaging in prohibited conduct. 8. Refund and Cancellation Policy Fees for ForceField training programmes, subscriptions, or digital content are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you have purchased a recurring subscription, cancellation must be made at least 30 before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next period. Cancellations made after a billing period has begun will apply only to the next cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partially used months. 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in Section 7.3. 10.
